FITNESS TEST INFORMATION

Fitness Test Dates:
April 25, 2012 at 7pm at Thompson Arena Indoor Track on the Campus of Western University (at the corner of Western Rd. and Sarnia Rd.)
May 26, 2012 at 10am at Thompson Arena Indoor Track on the Campus of Western University (at the corner of Western Rd. and Sarnia Rd.)

Please note, EMSA Referees who plan to officiate in the Canadian Soccer League must have their Fitness Test completed prior to April 30, 2012.

Consideration will be given to these referees upon registration. Maximum of 30 registrants will be accepted. You must register to participate.

STANDARDS

The style of running is optional - walking is prohibited.

The test is to be performed in the order listed above. Each participant should have an appropriate warm up period prior to

starting the test. It is recommended that there be a rest period of 15 minutes before the twelve minute run. Time allowed

for completion of the test is two hours.
